Reservation Form
Please submit the form below to make your reservation for your selected event.
You will receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours. You will be
given the opportunity at that time to make payment arrangements for the full
event cost or the minimum deposit. Payment of the minimum deposit must
be received within two weeks (14 days) of the submission of this form in order
to guarantee your reservation. Be assured that all information
provided will be held strictly confidential.
CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY
CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED LESS THAN 3 WEEKS (21 DAYS) PRIOR TO THE START OF ANY
EVENT. A $30 PROCESSING FEE WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL CANCELLATIONS.
